ASTM A234 is Standard Specification for wrought or forging steel pipe fittings includes carbon and alloy steel material for moderate and high temperature services. These pipe fittings include Tee, Concentric reducer, eccentric Reducer, 5D/6D bend, elbow, unions, plugs, cross tee, pipe cap and nipple, ect for use in pressure piping and in pressure vessel fabrication for service at moderate and elevated temperatures. WPB is the most commonly used carbon steel pipe fitting material for medium and high temperature application now, it can be made by steel pipe like ASTM A106 Gr.C or steel plate like ASTM A285 GR.C.
