1. Product Definition and Application

  • Product: Seamless ACR Pipe. This denotes a tube manufactured without a welded seam, produced to specific dimensional and cleanliness standards for refrigerant containment.

  • Material: High-Conductivity, Phosphorus-Deoxidized Copper. The specified grades (C11000, C11300, C11400) are characterized by very high copper content and excellent thermal conductivity.

  • Primary Application: Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (ACR) Systems. This includes:

3. Material Grades and Their Characteristics

The specified C11xxx series are all high-purity phosphorus-deoxidized coppers, known for their resistance to hydrogen embrittlement ("hydrogene embrittlement") and excellent formability and thermal conductivity.
