EZ STEEL GROUP Studded tube is mainly used in petrochemical and coal chemical industry for tubular heating furnace, convection heat exchanger, air preheater, chemical equipment, heat exchange equipment. To expand the heat transfer area of the light tube by 2 to 3 times, it can improve the heat transfer coefficient of the flue gas side, improve the comprehensive thermal efficiency of the equipment, and is an energy-saving heat transfer element. Its main function is to expand the heat transfer area of the tube and improve the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace.

 

EZ STEEL GROUP ASME SA213 T9 / ASTM A213 T9 material is the U.S. standard production of high temperature with chromium-molybdenum alloy heat-resistant steel, because of its good oxidation resistance, high temperature strength and resistance to sulfide corrosion performance, widely used in petroleum refining devices high temperature, high pressure, flammable, explosive pipeline, especially the heating furnace direct heat pipe, the medium temperature up to 550 ~ 600 ºC 

Studded tubes are used in fire furnaces to enhance heat transfer efficiency and improve the overall performance of the furnace. The studs on the tubes create turbulence in the flue gas flow, which helps in increasing heat transfer rates. This results in improved thermal efficiency and reduced fuel consumption.
