Product Description

Seamless Copper Nickel Pipe Cu-Ni 90/10 or 70/30 DN100 (OD114.3×2.8mm) 

Copper nickel seamless pipes manufactured from CuNi 90/10 (UNS C70600) and CuNi 70/30 (UNS C71500) alloys are widely used in marine engineering, seawater piping systems, and desalination plants. These copper-nickel alloys provide excellent resistance to seawater corrosion, biofouling, and erosion, making them ideal materials for long-term service in harsh marine environments.

Produced according to ASTM B466 and ASTM B467 standards, these seamless copper nickel pipes offer reliable mechanical properties, good thermal conductivity, and outstanding durability in seawater systems.

Compared with conventional carbon steel or stainless steel pipes, copper nickel pipes exhibit superior resistance to chloride corrosion and marine organism attachment, which significantly reduces maintenance costs in offshore and desalination facilities.

The size DN100 (OD114.3 × 2.8 mm) is commonly used in seawater cooling systems and marine piping networks.
