Structure of galvanized steel

Production process
To produce good quality galvanized steel products, the production process must be carried out in the following 3 steps:
- Step 1: Clean the steel core with water or cleaning acid to remove dirt, impurities and chemically treat their surface.
- Step 2: This is the most important step in producing galvanized steel . After being cleaned, these steel pipes will be dipped in a hot zinc pot or electrolytically galvanized.
- Step 3: After completing the galvanizing process, it is cooled, then the technician will carefully check the quality of the galvanized steel before storing it in the warehouse.
Applications of galvanized steel
