ASTM B366 UNS N06022(Hastelloy C22) Nickel Alloy Forged Pipe Weldolets have high resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion which makes them ideal for being used in areas with large amounts of chlorine or chlorine compounds present. They also have excellent mechanical properties, making them suitable for being used in high-pressure systems or areas prone to wear and tear over time. Furthermore, they provide good thermal stability when they are exposed to high temperatures up to 2200°F.
Hastelloy C22 is a versatile austenitic nickel-chromium-molybdenum and tungsten alloy with improved resistance to crevice corrosion, pitting, and stress corrosion cracking. Hastelloy C22 olets has excellent resistance in oxidizing and reducing environments. These olets also have good mechanical properties and fabrication characteristics.
