Purposes": Table 16(1). The specified outside diameters of the remaining sizes covered by this Specification have been selected from BS MA 60 "Summary and application of copper and copper alloy tubes for ships' pipework systems [now ithdrawn](2)."

The wall thicknesses have been selected to cover the specific requirements of the petroleum industries.
