ASME SA312 TP347H is approximately equivalent to 1Cr19Ni11Nb in China and belongs to high carbon niobium containing Cr Ni austenitic stainless steel. Due to the presence of stabilizing element Nb, it has good resistance to intergranular corrosion and multi sulfuric acid intergranular stress corrosion. In corrosive media such as acid, alkali, and salt, its corrosion resistance is similar to that of Ti containing 18-8 austenitic stainless steel. Therefore, it is widely used in industries such as boilers, power generation, petroleum, chemical, synthetic fibers, food, and paper. Due to Nb being less prone to burning than Ti, this steel grade can also be used as a welding core for welding chromium nickel austenitic stainless steel. This steel has higher high-temperature strength and better resistance to high-temperature oxidation than the 316 series, so it is often used as a high-strength steel.
The main components of TP347 stainless steel pipe are iron, chromium, nickel and other elements, with a chromium content of up to 22%, which has good corrosion resistance. In addition, the material also has good high-temperature creep strength and oxidation resistance, and can work stably for a long time in high-temperature and high-pressure environments. Compared with traditional carbon steel pipes, TP347 stainless steel pipes have a longer service life and higher ety.
