12Cr2Mo Seamless Boiler Tube is equal to ASTM A335 P22 Boiler Pipes and ASTM A213 T22 Tubes. GB/T9948 12Cr2Mo steel tubing is a pearlite heat-resistant steel with hydrogen corrosion resistance, good high-temperature mechanical properties, and the temperature creeps resistance, widely used for petroleum cracking

Heat treatment:

S<30 mm: Normalization("N") and tempering("T")

"N" temperature 900ºC-960 °C, "T" temperature 700ºC-750 °C;

S>30 mm: Quenching("Q") and tempering("T") or normalizing("N") and tempering("T")

"Q" temperature is not less than 900 °C, "T" temperature 700 °C'-750 °C;

"N" temperature 900ºC-960°C, "T"temperature 700ºC-750°C, but "Q" should be performed after "N".
